When sending me your watch for a free estimate, please include a check or money order made out to "Mark Sirianni" in the amount of $20.00 for insured (up to $1000.00) return shipping. Please do not send the watch in any box that you would like returned.

Before you send your watch for repair, please send me an email containing your complete mailing address, phone number and email address.

Please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and any information concerning the watch's problem.

Once I receive your watch, I will call or e-mail you with an estimate for the cost of repairs. If you decide not to have the watch repaired, your $20.00 will cover the return shipping.

Please keep in mind that when I give you an estimate, I DO NOT take your watch completely apart at this time. I open the case and examine the movement to make sure that it winds, sets, the auto looks to be working as it should etc.. I check to see if there is visible rust damage, missing screws etc. Once you give me the OK to proceed, I then take the watch completely apart, remove the dial and hands etc. At this point, I may find a problem that was not visible during the first inspection and I will contact you to describe the problem and the cost to make these additional repairs.
